  Couldn't be happier with these guys. My wife struggled with pretty severe plantar fasciitis for about 6 months before we finally decided physical therapy was necessary- they worked with her goals and had her back to walking and running in about 6 weeks. Several months later, it can come back if we're not careful but using the exercises and stretches she was given brings it back under control.
  
  I hyperextended my lower back wakeboarding a few weeks ago and then kept re-straining it every time it seemed to be recovering, so I decided I should just bite the bullet and come on in since my wife's experience was so positive. Best choice I could have made- I'm sure many injuries require more therapy, but I'm back to my normal activities, working out, etc., in just 3 sessions. Only a week ago I moved like a 90-year-old man and walked like a board was strapped to my back, and now I'm probably at 90%.
  
  Again, I'm sure more serious injuries will require longer therapy (my wife's feet problems certainly needed more time), but I'll give the recommendation here that it's well worth it to come in even with a nagging, relatively minor injury like my own and get it fixed the right way. The therapist performed some unique stretches on my back which relieved a lot of the pain and discomfort in the first day, and prescribed additional stretches at home that kept the area loose while it healed. Probably of equal importance was the coaching about dealing with my injury- he gave me confidence about what I should and should not be doing and how to avoid triggering more episodes, which probably contributed significantly to the fast recovery.
  
  On the administrative end, both the support staff and the therapists were extremely friendly and easy to work with. We had appointments scheduled for another month, but with my recovery happening so much more quickly than expected, they did not hesitate to cancel the remaining appointments yet reassured me that if any problems arose again I could easily be worked back in.
  
  I definitely recommend this group after two extremely positive experiences in our immediate family this year. Next time I hurt something... because that's sure to happen at some point... I'll be coming back for sure.
