  This complex was a good place until they switched to a new managing company. The previous manager was really nice and he would do everything to help you. The new manager has really bad attitude answering questions, and all they want is to get more money from their clients. Also they started to have car towing and limited parking recently. Every one year the renewal of your lease causes your more than $100 dollar increment. If you agree to renew the lease have year earlier it will still be aroung $85 increment. I give one credit for the pet policy here. Otherwise, the buildings are around 50 years old, they floor and walls don't block any sound, and there's always something broken need to be fixed in the apartment.
